Castle Build Ltd completed a building project for me covering a 10 month period in 2009. Castle Build were the contractor for the whole project which included removal of an old dwelling, build of a new dwelling, completion of surrounding grounds and all internal work including final decoration.
I can confirm without any reservations that the work was completed to full satisfaction. All work was finished on time and no issues were raised during the whole project. All work was completed to a very high standard. I was able to trust them to run the project with only minimal input from myself.

Castle Build have carried out a large number of contracts for our company since 2001. These have included both commercial and domestic projects in both Ireland and England most significantly the Portmor Bar & Restaurant in Blackwatertown , County Armagh. This project included the complete refurbishment of the interior of the building, including major structural works, and the refurbishment of the exterior of the building
The contract was completed ahead of target and most importantly, within budget. The work was completed to an exceptional standard and we fund them to be a very professional and courteous company to deal with as they kept us informed and involved at every stage of the project. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Castle Build have been engaged by me in the complete fit out of an office and shop premises for a private health clinic at 7 John Mitchel Place in Newry and also the fit out of office premises at Lanyon Place, Waterfront Plaza, Belfast
The initial instruction required the complete renovation of city centre premises to meet an exacting specification from our architect and interior designer to ensure delivery of a modern and clinical image for a health practice requiring handover of the finished product on time. Every requirement of the design team and employer were met during the project both as regards delivery of the exacting specification and within budget and in prompt attention to any required snagging after the completion period.
The second project was the fit out of a shell finished new office premises in this high profile location in Belfast City Centre, adjacent to the Waterfront Hall. Again, the entire fitting out of the shell finished building resulting in a state of the art, modern office premises was met within budget and on time and again meeting the exacting standards of the design team involved and in fulfilling the wishes and expectations of the employer
We were impressed throughout by the unfailing courtesy, efficient attention and straightforward uncomplicated attitude of Christopher who was very hands on throughout the project. There was never a problem in contacting Christopher or in having our calls and emails returned punctually. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail clearly evidences their pride in the job.
