Including 170 bedrooms, conference rooms, public bars, restaurant, reception, public toilets outdoor areas and staff facilities. Strip out of all existing areas. New services throughout. All finishes including decoration, furniture, soft furnishings, floor finishes. All work carried out to very tight time scales and precise budgets.
